Daily Accountability to reach your goals.
I will hold you accountable for any goal you’re working towards, as we agree upon upfront.
Goals can be anything like these:
- Wake up at 5am (we can do a FaceTime every morning to make sure you’re up).
- Hitting the gym consistently / Meal prep & healthy eating.
- Avoiding porn and/or masturbation (we can count the days with an app)
- Work/Business goals (activities like cold calling, etc.)
Daily personal contact as agreed upon.
We can email, text, Facebook, quick phone call, etc.
